Placing an order

Here are all the details you need to know to place and order and when to expect your reading. If you have any questions, you're always welcome to use my contact page and reach out.

Please do not message me on Etsy with details of your order, you must contact me via email at: elisabeth.myfemininelife@gmail.com

Firstly, I reserve the right to cancel any order that I don't feel energetically or spiritually aligned with. So please do not take offence if your order was cancelled with no reason. Sometimes I don't feel comfortable answering certain questions for moral/ethical or other reasons.

PLACING AN ORDER - IMPORTANT

✨ When checking out, you will need to input your questions or details into the special order instructions text box PRIOR to checking out. If this is left empty and you haven't emailed me, I may refund you.

If you left it empty by accident, you will need to email your questions to elisabeth.myfemininelife@gmail.com and include your order # name and email

When ordering Spells or Readings, you can use my email above to send through photo's to be used in Spell Casting or Cord-Cutting, just be sure to add your Order # to the email and send it within an hour of placing your order or you may be refunded. 

DELIVERY TIMES BELOW

🔮 SPELLS & CORD-CUTTING RITUALS:

All spells will be cast within 7 days. Please read the spell description carefully for further details. You may request a Full Moon or New Moon Spell Casting. You will receive an email with a PDF report once it's done. 

🔮 PSYCHIC/CLAIRVOYANT/TAROT READINGS:

Up to 4 days

REFUNDS

If i'm unable to deliver your reading for reasons outside my control, such as illness etc You will be immediately refunded.

I offer refunds on a strict case-by-case basis. I do not offer refunds to new, first time customers to protect myself from scammers and people wanting free readings. 

I may cancel and refund your order for any reason such as energetic misalignment.

I will refund you if you have asked for your reading within the timeframe i've given as I dislike being rushed and pressure makes me feel that you do not value my time.
